'Pause a while and know that I am God,
exalted among the nations, exalted over the earth!' - Ps. 46:10 -
To the Jews who believed in him Jesus said:
'If you make my word your home
you will indeed be my disciples,
you will learn the truth
and the truth will make you free'. - John 8:31-32 -
Can you claim to grasp the mystery of God
to understand the perfection of Shaddai?
It is higher than the heavens: what can you do?
It is deeper than the Sheol: what can you know?
Its length is longer than the earth,
its breath is broader than the sea. - Job 11:7-9 -
How rich are the depths of God - how deep his wisdom and knowledge - and how impossible to penetrate his motives or understand his methods! Who can ever know the mind of the Lord? Who could ever be his counsellor? Who could ever give him anything or lend him anything? All that exists comes from him; all is by him and for him. To him be glory forever! Amen. - Rom. 11 :33-36 -
This is the revelation given by God to Jesus Christ so that he could tell his servants about the things which are now to take place very soon; he sent his angel to make it known to his servant John, and John has written down everything he saw and swears it is the word of God guaranteed by Jesus Christ. - Rev. 1:1-2 - Ps. 19, 119; Deut. 6:20-25; Dan. 2:21; Rom. 1:19-20 -
Mental knowledge, Moral knowledge, Human knowledge affects a person's will. It is the knowledge of the heart not the mind alone. The Book of Proverbs deals primarily with this kind of knowledge. Experiential knowledge is gained through one's experience.
'We all have knowledge'; yes, that is so but knowledge gives self-importance - it is love that makes the building grow. - 1Cor. 8:1 -
If I have all the eloquence of men or of angels but speak without love, I am simply a gong booming or a cymbal clashing. If I have the gift of prophecy, understanding all the mysteries there are and knowing everything, and if I have faith in all its fullness, to move mountains but without love, then I am nothing at all. If I give away all that I possess, piece by piece, and if I even let them take my body to burn it but am without love, it will do me no good whatever. - 1Cor. 13:1-3 -
But we are children of God,
and those who know God listen to us;
those whose are not of God refuse to listen to us.
This is how we can tell
the spirit of truth from the spirit of falsehood. - 1John 4:6 -
The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge;
fools spurn wisdom and discipline. - Pro. 1:7 -
The apostle Paul's wish for the Christians that they may increase the "knowledge of God". Remembering the 3 things that last: Faith, Hope, Love; and the greatest of these is Love. And may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with us. Amen.
That will explain why, ever since the day he told us, we have never failed to pray for you and what we ask God is that through perfect wisdom and spiritual understanding you should reach the fullest knowledge of his will. So you will be able to lead the kind of life which the Lord expects of you, a life acceptable to him in all aspects; showing the results in all the good actions you do and increasing your knowledge of God. You will have in you the strength, based on his own glorious power, never to give in but to bear anything joyfully, thanking the Father who has made it possible for you to join the saints and with them to inherit the light. - Col. 1:9-12 -

I have through years of reading, pondering, reflecting and contemplating, the 3 things that last; FAITH . HOPE . LOVE and I would like to made available my sharing from the many thinkers, authors, scholars and theologians whose ideas and thoughts I have borrowed. God be with them always. Amen!
I STILL HAVE MANY THINGS TO SAY TO YOU BUT THEY WOULD BE TOO MUCH FOR YOU NOW. BUT WHEN THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH COMES, HE WILL LEAD YOU TO THE COMPLETE TRUTH, SINCE HE WILL NOT BE SPEAKING AS FROM HIMSELF, BUT WILL SAY ONLY WHAT HE HAS LEARNT; AND HE WILL TELL YOU OF THE THINGS TO COME.
HE WILL GLORIFY ME, SINCE ALL HE TELLS YOU WILL BE TAKEN FROM WHAT IS MINE. EVERYTHING THE FATHER HAS IS MINE; THAT IS WHY I SAID: ALL HE TELLS YOU WILL BE TAKEN FROM WHAT IS MINE. - JOHN 16:12-15 -
